Do you ship internationally?

Yes. AGR5V ships worldwide so you can shop from almost anywhere. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that we only ships to specific countries such as, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your package.
How do AGR5V products fit?

Most AGR5V pieces feature a relaxed streetwear-inspired fit. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.

What if I'm between sizes?

If you prefer a more oversized look, we recommend sizing up. For a more fitted look, choose your usual size.
Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns on eligible items within our return period. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Can I exchange for a different size?

If your size is available, we'll do our best to help arrange an exchange. Contact our support team for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
How should I wash my AGR5V clothing?

For the best results, wash garments inside out in cold water and hang dry where possible. Always follow the care instructions on the garment label.
Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some of our most popular items may be restocked, but many releases are limited. Sign up for restock notifications to be the first to know when items return.
