AGR5V (agr5v.com) ships from Australia. Please review all shipping information below before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
- Standard Shipping: estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch (available at checkout).
- Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — refer to the checkout page for current offers and thresholds.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship to selected international destinations.
- Estimated delivery for international orders is 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance times.
- International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees imposed by their country. AGR5V has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

ORDER TRACKING
All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

DELAYS & LOST PARCELS
AGR5V is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processing, adverse weather, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us at support@agr5v.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. AGR5V is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@agr5v.com — we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.
