RETURN POLICY Last updated: May 2026 At AGR5V (agr5v.com), we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns. ELIGIBILITY - Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached. - Final sale items, limited-edition drops, and any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return. HOW TO RETURN 1. Email us at support@agr5v.com with your order number and the reason for your return. 2. We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days. 3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. REFUNDS - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. - Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. - Original shipping costs are non-refundable. EXCHANGES - We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. - To request an exchange, contact us at support@agr5v.com before sending your item back. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs and resolve the matter as a priority. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
